Hope Foundation

Terms of Use

The agreement between you and Hope Foundation when you use this site.

Effective August 21, 2026

These terms apply to edu2elevate.org, operated by Hope Foundation: Educate to Elevate, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Using the site means you accept them.

Accounts

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at info@edu2elevate.org if you think someone else has access. We can suspend accounts used to abuse the service, scrape the site, or attack the infrastructure.

Courses we list, and courses we deliver

Most programs in our catalog are delivered and credentialed by partners — Google, CompTIA, and Microsoft. We point you to them and, where funding allows, help cover the cost. We do not control their content, their pricing, their schedules, or the credentials they issue, and enrolling with them puts you under their terms.

Courses marked as Elevate Tech Certifications are ours. Those carry a certificate of completion from Elevate Tech Academy, which is not an accredited academic credential.

Career tools

The career tools produce suggestions, not professional advice. Salary figures in the What-If Simulator are estimates drawn from public ranges and are not predictions about what you will earn. Resume output is generated by an AI model and can contain mistakes — read every line before you send it anywhere. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit to an employer.

Elevate Pro

Elevate Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually through Stripe. It covers the AI resume features described on the pricing page; the rest of the site is free. It renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from the billing portal. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your access in place through the end of the period you have paid for.

For a refund on a charge within the last 30 days, email info@edu2elevate.org and we will process it. If we change what Pro includes or what it costs, we will tell current members before the change takes effect.

Donations

Donations to Hope Foundation are tax-deductible in the United States to the extent the law allows; we will send a receipt for your records. Donations are final and non-refundable, though we will correct genuine errors — a duplicate charge or a wrong amount — if you contact us promptly. Recurring donations continue until you cancel.

Your content and ours

Anything you type into the tools stays yours. Granting us the limited permission to process it — sending your resume text to the AI provider so it can be rewritten, for instance — is the extent of what we need, and we do not claim ownership.

The site's own content, design, and code belong to Hope Foundation. Partner names and logos belong to their owners and appear here to identify their programs, not to imply endorsement of ours.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption or that the tools will be error-free, and we make no promise about employment outcomes. To the fullest extent the law allows, Hope Foundation is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. If we change them materially we will update the effective date and note the change here; continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revision. See also our Privacy Policy.
